Discounted Course Fees:  for active US Military personnel and for midlevel practioners whose course fees are not paid by their employer, we offer a 10% discount.

ATLS courses are dependent upon approval from the American College of Surgeons and are approved on a rolling basis.  Booking will put you on our reservation list of students pending final course approval.  Once approved, we will contact you with full details.

Booking a course will hold a spot for you.  An invoice will be emailed to you with information on payment options.  Once we receive your registration information, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the course location, class itinerary, and a course book will be mailed to you.  Bookings less than 1 week prior to course start may not provide sufficient time to receive course materials by US mail.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Requests for refunds made greater than 15 days prior to the course start date will be honored minus the cost of the course textbook and shipping costs if said material have already been shipped.

Requests for refunds made less than 15 days prior to the course start date will be refunded 50% of the course fee.

Students who do not attend the course without having made appropriate notification, will not receive a refund.
